Federal Government delegates visit Anambra State airport that is under construction.
Joint National Assembly Committee On Aviation Visits Anambra International Cargo And Passenger Airport, Commends Governor Obiano By Ejike Abana (ABS Government House Correspondent) The Joint Committee on Aviation of the National Assembly has commended Governor Willie Obiano for the level of work at the ongoing Anambra Cargo and International Airport. Members of the Committee including, Hon. Smart Adeyemi, Hon. Nnolim Nnaji, Senator Uche Ekwunife, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Hon. Chinedu Obidigwe, and others visited the airport for inspection with Governor Willie Obiano and his wife. On arrival, it was gathered that the tower is ninety percent completed, the apron is completed, the runway is ninety seven percent completed, while the terminal building is ninety seven percent completed, as well as the taxi ways which is ninety seven percent completed.
